WHAT A BEAUTIFUL THING JESUS DID…
Over time, I noticed that people talk about the Salvation of JESUS from our sins and what HE did on the cross to save us, but I rarely hear many churches talking about what HIS sacrifice truly meant. Churches fail to talk about the very vital next step, and that is to surrender your own will for the WILL OF THE FATHER. You see when the enemy tempted Eve and Adam in the garden to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, he suggested they would be as gods. When they ate, they left the Will of the FATHER for their “own” wills to have their own way apart from GOD, The FATHER. Then they were thrown out of the garden unable to eat of the Tree of Life. And so, by JESUS’ own blood HE paid the price that mankind could never pay apart from JESUS, our ability and the privilege, to come back to the Will of The FATHER which men stepped away from so long ago. You have to lay down your own will to reclaim The Will of The FATHER for your life. You have to decide that you are done with things the way they have been and re-enter what was lost in the garden so long ago.
Without this key exchange the Bible says you cannot enter into heaven. Even JESUS said when HE was in the earth that HE did not come in HIS own will but HE WHO sent HIM. If JESUS said that, how much more do we need to be surrendered to The Will of the FATHER in these dark times? How do you do this? Repent, acknowledge what JESUS did on the cross, desiring to be filled with The HOLY SPIRIT and to ask to exchange your will for the Will of The FATHER without knowing what it means but trusting that GOD’s Will is best for your life. Then GOD will take over and lead you in understanding HIS Word and guiding you daily. It’s supernatural when HE takes over. What a beautiful thing JESUS did to reunite us with The FATHER.
John 6:38: For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
Matthew 7:21-23: Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Luke 22:42: Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
