THE POWER OF GOD: DIVINE RELATIONSHIP
Christianity is not about idolizing a religion, a church, a denomination, the afterlife….
It is about a PERSON, WHO IS JESUS CHRIST
It is about a relationship with your CREATOR WHO IS GOD
It is about understanding that you are vessel created to hold the very being of the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD and you are given a choice to choose to be emptied of your pursuit of the world and to replace it with the very BEING OF GOD WHO comes into you through the HOLY SPIRIT
You must repent for being born into a cursed existence by your human linage all the way back from Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and acknowledge that JESUS came to bury your sin under the glory of HIS great love on a cross of shame and suffering–your punishment.
Pursuing this relationship is why you were created and is the pinnacle of the human existence. Until you receive this gift through a relationship with CHRIST you will not be able to forgive and love your enemy and desire the utmost best for all those around you.
It is the supernatural power of GOD within us that takes over and gives power to overlook the worst in people and desire for them to experience the utmost best for their lives: a relationship with CHRIST.
1 Timothy 1:12-16:
12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
13 Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.
14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
