1. CRIME IS ESCALATING: Years ago, there would be a once a decade crime event that was considered to be so heinous that it spawned news articles, books, and even movies. Today the same type of crime that was talked about for years is now happening every single day—even several a day. Horrible crimes are being committed every day and after a week it’s old news and people are no longer shocked by heinous crimes because they are so commonplace.
2. DISASTER EVENTS: Horrific disaster events are happening all over the planet—things that would have made news for weeks and weeks decades ago have short shelf lifes. These events such as hurricanes, landslides, earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, and fires for example are also becoming commonplace. They make the news and a few days later, they are old news and it’s on to the next major disaster somewhere else. These events are also more prolific and more profound in size and loss of life.
3. MARK OF THE BEAST: Mark of the Beast technology is rising in all forms such as artificial intelligence and implantation of microchips and other related devices. It’s not difficult at all to now envision how this will soon be a reality in the wrong hands, namely the Antichrist’s.
4. BIBLE ILLITERACY: There is an enormous disinterest in the Bible despite its incredible availability in the Western world. Prior generations could not easily have a Bible, yet today they can be found in so many formats around the world. Availability has not increased literacy as the church overall is distracted by the worldly. And so, the modern world dies from lack of knowledge like never before.
5. DISINTEREST IN END TIMES: Entire church congregations and pastors go out of their way to avoid talk of end times, understanding Revelation, rapture, and Bible prophecy in general and how it relates to today’s modern age. Christians and non-Christians alike would rather talk about almost anything other than end times and the topics related that are right in front of them daily. Regardless of the foretold events coming to pass everywhere, many would rather find explanations for them with anything else besides the Bible. The lukewarm church and the lost would rather consider anything else but rapture preparedness. Pastors would rather teach almost anything other than Revelation and rapture. And so, the great falling away is now in full effect.
6. CULTURAL SHIFT: The entire culture has shifted to a more worldly-Anti-God way of thinking and a hatred for all things oriented to GOD. The culture has replaced the Bible and GOD with everything under the sun from new age, occult, and technology to media, movies, and music oriented to self-worship. Satan has made sure to fill people’s days with every distraction imaginable through hobbies, sports, lifestyle to ensure people won’t make time for GOD.
7. THE VULNERABLE: This is a dark hour, like never before. One of the most obvious reasons is the vulnerable. Never has there been a time in history where there were so many being abused. This is a dark time for the unborn, for children, for women, for elderly, for mentally challenged and disabled and animals. The weakest members of society are persecuted, abused, bullied, because men’s hearts have never run colder. GOD is not going to let this go on much longer while HE waits for the lukewarm lost to choose for HIM. Soon, the time will be up for the lost church to make up their minds because GOD will no longer tolerate the most fragile to continue being abused.
8. THE BRIDE: The bride of CHRIST, the true church whose prayers hold the most weight with GOD is longing for HIS appearing and her pleading to be rescued from continued darkness will someday be answered. As the times grow darker and darker, the LORD will answer her prayers and pull her free from a dying world. It is her prayers and desire to be set apart from an evil world that will also bring about the rapture of the church. If it were not for the significance of the bride to CHRIST then there would be no need for the rapture.
